Long-Term Rental Management FAQs

How much does long-term rental management cost?

We quote after a free rental analysis, based on your property and portfolio. Every fee is in your management agreement before you sign, and maintenance is billed at cost with no markup.

How do I see what is happening with my property?

Your owner portal is available 24/7 with your ledger, standard reports and a day-by-day transaction list.

Do you mark up repairs?

No. Repairs and cleaning pass through at cost, and every vendor invoice is in your owner portal.

Who approves repairs?

You set an approval limit. Work above that limit is sent to you for approval before it starts, except emergencies.
